Who In The Underworld is Faith Richts?
That depends on who you are, doesn't it?If you're a civilian, then Faith Richts is probably one of the most famous people in your phone. She's the girl who's IG Lives always garner hundreds of thousands of people, the girl who's always invited to movie premieres, after parties & studio sessions despite not having a 'creative' credit to her name. She's a superstar, a trending topic, a city girl and a close personal friend of Queen Maeve's. She's FAITH!If you're affiliated with Vought or some kind of Superhero Agency, then Faith Richts is probably the person handling your media presence, or connecting you to someone higher up on the totem. She's a fly on the wall in most strategy meetings, the person the CEOs turn to when they need community outreach, or a superhero fluffed, calmed down or corralled. She runs a very luxurious 'health & relaxtion getaway' in the big city, catering exlusively to superheroes, supervillains, and anyone superbly abled in any way, shape or form. A regular mother theresa, but with cucumber water & free coupons for the sensory depravation chambers. She's the in-between for the corporate world and the caped one, and lord is she fucking tired.If you're a supervillain, or just a general piece of shit, then she's your worst nightmare. Do you have any idea what it's liked to be hunted down by someone that can literally transform into anyone or anything? Are you EVER going to feel safe again when the woman who can hide on your clothes as a fly waits until you're fast asleep, flies up your nostril and then boa constricts your brain until its fucking sludge is on your tail? No, you don't. And you'd better thank the Gods that you never will. You don't wanna open that box, baby. Pandora? Well, she'll kill you for that.

Abilities

All The World's Sins...Referred to as "Morphing", by the eggheads that first quantified her power, this ability allows Fae to mimic the abilities and even powers of living beings (animals, humans, aliens even!) so long as she has an in-depth understanding of how those abilities work in conjunction with the body, & 'ingested their sin', however that may come across.When the form 'copied from' has physical abilities that are higher than that of a human (elephant strength, speed of a cheetah, sight of a hawk) then normally there isn't a physical change but a demonstrated one.When Fae gains abnormal abilities to that of the human physiology her body may change such as the claws of a crab, wings of a bird and luminescence of a bug. However, in extreme cases where simply 'taking bits & pieces' isn't enough, Fae has the ability to go 'all out' and turn entirely into said animal/human/alien and adapt all of their abilities, assuming, again, she understands their properties and has taken their 'sin' into her being.

...and One Thing MoreDespite her very openly useful ability as a 'metamorph', Fae has one lesser-known power in her arsenal that rarely ever sees the light of day. The ability to bestow hope unto those around her.Fae has the ability to give Hope - defined as "the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best" to anyone she comes across, at the cost of her own hope for a better future.Truly, she hasn't the ability to hope for herself and has consigned herself to working for Vought (one of the worst companies in the world) simply because she can't conceive of a better future for herself, instead hoping for a better future for everyone but her.It's a power that belongs to some of the greatest heroes in history... and yet it was wasted on a fame-hungry little brat like her? What's there to hope for with odds like that?

She uses her abilities for her own gain and enjoyment, for the most part, inspiring her followers & subscribers with her 'hope manipulation' to keep them inspired and heeding her every whim & wonder.She's building up a small army of people beholden to her name & sermon, almost addicted to the hope & passion she bestows on them, and she in turn is addicted to their praise & affections... but that's not going to get in her way when Homelander sends out the message that Supes are the dominant species on this world, and everyone else needs to bow down or get put down.In fact? She's been ready for that box to be opened her entire life.
